 |  | | You are entitled to up to €400 relief each year for bin and/or service charges. That would give you a credit of €80 per year. (€400 x 20%) This includes charges for water or sewerage disposal from your local authority or if you are part of a group scheme. You claim in 2011 for the charges paid in 2010 and so on back for 4 years. You could be due a refund of up to €240. Contact me if you would like further details.
